penthouse with panoramic views:
wooden swinging door with astec door fitting b.520
this 7-unit residential project features a modern layout with bright, light-flooded rooms. the generous living and dining space with its open kitchen is connected to a pantry through an aesthetically appealing but subtle wooden swinging door. the swinging mechanics incorporate the innovative astec swinging door fitting b.520. manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, this fitting is nearly invisible thanks to its offset pivot point and the integration of its hinges on the face of the door. this creates a clear, harmonious overall appearance. additionally, an optional floor spring was installed to arrest the door at a 90°-angle.
