a clubhouse in hong kong can provide the residents with a comfortable living environment and leisure opportunities in close proximity to their homes like swimming pool, steam and sauna room, outdoor playground and bbq terrace. the dividing wall system astec s.200 was installed in the communal areas of the bayview clubhouse, a 48-story high rise comprising 175 apartments.

in the women's wellness area, a series of five toilet cubicles with doors opening both in and out was created in an alcove, as well as a double shower cubicle with doors opening outward. in the men's facilities, a series of four toilet cubicles with doors opening both in and out, as well as a single shower cubicle with doors opening inward were installed. elevated floor retainers were used to even out the irregular floor level in this area. in addition, privacy screens were mounted to the walls in the gentlemen's facilities.

the door handles and door stops were also designed by astec.
