it company codename:

curved installation with astec swinging door fitting b.510

"exceptional is normal." this is the motto of adrian spring, owner of springline ag in geroldswil, switzerland. the company designs, manufactures, and installs visionary glass dividing wall solutions in close collaboration with the architect and with an eye to aesthetics and function.

for the zurich-based it company codename ag, springline designed a fully glassed-in "island" for consultations measuring 4 m in diameter. black anodized profiles are flush-mounted into floor and ceiling and guide the curved special lsg glazing with noise reduction foil.

spingline's uncompromising approach also extends to its selection of fittings. the curved, 12 mm thick tempered glass swinging door is supported by the astec swinging door fitting b.510. this fitting features a reduced surface area in matt, brushed stainless steel and its design allows for the pivot point to be positioned towards the center of the door. by combining the astec fitting b.510 with a floor closer, the door leaf closes gently but can be held open at a 90° angle if needed.
